On the lower level you will find a bed and a desk , chair and wardrobe. Upstairs is a desk, cheir, wardrobe and a bed. The upper level has a highness of 2 meters, so is comfy to stay.
This room is suitable for 1 person or for 2 person.
With 2 desks, chairs, cabinets and shelves, which you can put lot of things. Each room has a small fridge like in hotel.
Premium quality 3-zone, 20 cm thick comfortable mattresses are in each room.
Each room is lockable and has own key.
We built our rooms based award-winning plans, so the interior is modern and cozy, the style is clean and the wifi is fast!
The apartment has 7 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, community park, large size fridges, full-equipped kitchen with accessories: dishes, glasses, plates, cutlery, ladles, colander, trays, cutting boards, knives, microwave, hot plate, coffee machine, two washing machines, dishwasher, iron, toaster, kettles. The bathrooms has hairdryers.
The renting fee includes all costs and two times cleaning of the common areas per week.

RATES: For 2 person €380/person/month or 1 person: €600/full room/month (In this case only 1 person lives in the room). No extra cost!!!
