Each student room include 2 beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, cabinets and shelves, where you can store lot of things. Each room is equipped with a small fridge like in a hotel, fast Internet is accessible and is lockable with its own key.
The apartment has 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a community area, large size fridges, a full-equipped kitchen with accessories: dishes, glasses, plates, cutlery, ladles, colander, trays, cutting boards, knives, microwave, hot plate, coffee machine, two washing machines, dishwasher, iron, toaster, kettles. In the bathrooms, there are hairdryers.
The renting fee include all costs: common cost, electricity, water, internet and all device usage. In the price is also included two times per week cleaning of all common areas.
