The description of the Guesthouse includes the following:

Location         The residence is on the Pest side of Budapest, 500 meters far from the city center, at the edge of the VII.th district. In walking distance there are many bars, restaurants, shops, groceries and a large shopping center, too. All ELTE campus can be reached easily.

Travel              Several public transportation stations are nearby also, like underground, bus and tramway. The Keleti railway station is 5 minutes away on foot.

Housing          Each accommodation units have a

private bathroom with shower, and equipped with hairdryer. The high-speed WiFi connection is in all rooms available, the rooms have a flat panel TV screen, a DVD-player, and cable TV connection. An equipped kitchen and a dining room is shared by every 4 units. Each apartment is subdivided in 5 units..

Fees                In the monthly rental price are the following included:

• the weekly room cleaning
• the bi-weekly change of towels and bed sheets
