Each accommodation units have a private bathroom with shower, and equipped with hairdryer. The high-speed WiFi connection is in all rooms available, the rooms have a flat panel TV screen, a DVD-player, and cable TV connection.
Each rooms has its own refrigerator.

An equipped kitchen and a dining room is shared by every 4 units. There are four rooms in the apartment, three of them are rooms and one is a studio apartment.
The residence is on the Pest side of Budapest, 200 meters far from the city center, at the edge of the VII.th district. In walking distance there are many bars, restaurants, shops, groceries and a large shopping center, too. All ELTE campus can be reached easily.

 Several public transportation stations are nearby also, like underground, bus and tramway. The Blaha Lujza place is 3 minutes away on foot.
